Baktygul Imanbek Kyzy was appointed as the director of the Center for Information Environment Research under Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Akylbek Japarov.
