Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic On the creation of the Center for Information Environment Research under the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic
In order to ensure the rights and freedoms of citizens, legal entities and protect them from unreliable (false) information, in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Protection from Unreliable (false) information”, Articles 13, 17 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic”, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
- Create an Information Environment Research Center under the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- To approve the Regulations on the Information Environment Research Center under the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with Appendix 1.
- To make the following changes to the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On approval of standard maximum staffing of cultural, art and information institutions” dated August 18, 2017 No. 495:
1) add the following paragraph to paragraph 1:
“Information Environment Research Center under the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic” according to Appendix 22.”;
2) add Appendix 22 as amended in accordance with Appendix 2 to this resolution.
- Make the following changes to the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On approval of qualification requirements for employees of cultural, Art, Information and cinematography institutions” dated May 29, 2020 No. 278:
1) add paragraph 1 to subparagraph 20 as follows:
“20) “Information Environment Research Center”, according to Appendix 20.”;
2) add Appendix 20 as amended in accordance with Appendix 3 to this resolution.
- To make the following amendment to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic “On issues of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic” dated November 15, 2021 No. 251 in the management scheme of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-mentioned resolution …. after the words “editorial offices of regional newspapers” add the words “, Information Environment Research Center”.
- To make the following amendment to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the conditions of remuneration of employees who do not belong to the category of civil servants and employed in state subordinate institutions in the field of culture and information” dated March 30, 2022 No. 180:
- add Appendix 3² as amended in accordance with Appendix 4 to this resolution.
- To the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- to take the necessary measures arising from this resolution;
- provide accommodation and provide technical and communication services for the activities of the Information Environment Research Center under the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- to carry out the state registration of the Information Environment Research Center under the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the judicial authorities in accordance with the established procedure.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the Department of control over the execution of decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- This resolution shall enter into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
